EASY TO USE, JUST FOLLOW THE STEPS
 
Step 1: Identify the main issue that you have been struggling with in your relationship. Do this by moving the four numbered tabs around the Ring until a sentence that exactly describes your situation is displayed in the four windows on the front of the AnswerRing®.
 
 
 
   
Step 2: Flip the AnswerRing® over, and read the sentence that appears in the windows on the back. This is the AnswerRing®’s suggestion for starting to deal with your issue. At this point, if you feel there may be danger involved in using the AnswerRing®, get appropriate professional help before continuing to Step 3.
 
 
 
 
Step 3: Judge for yourself how the suggestions may apply. You can consider the AnswerRing®’s suggestion on your own, or you can show the front and back sentences to your partner, if appropriate. You can also leave the AnswerRing® on the table so that your partner can find it later.
 
 
 
   
Step 4: You now have the opportunity to open up communication about your relationship situation. If appropriate, begin discussing the problem with your partner. This is how to begin making the situation better.
